Caution: 1. If any damage occurs during transit, please contact WA with proof. After 1-2 business days of verification and confirmation, the damaged item's cost will be credited to your next order or refunded accordingly. No other reasons for malicious refunds will be accepted. 
 2. If shipped within the specified timeframe and the customer does not receive the goods within the expected time, we will not accept direct refunds unless the courier confirms loss of the package. For any other issues, please contact WA promptly.
 3. After all baskets are completed, we offer a video confirmation service for basket contents upon customer request. This service will be completed within 1-2 days(depends on amounts) after basket closure.
